We are proud to use only Dry King Scallops, that have no added bulking agents. These diver caught Scallops with bright coral orange roe are as succulent as they are tasty. These are delivered daily from the Shetlands.

Swordfish
Mildly sweet, the moist meaty texture has a moderately high fat content adding to its fish flavour. Its appearance varies in colour but never affects the quality or taste of this fish. Our fresh swordfish is freshly cut into 250g steaks.

Bass Fillets
Widely regarded as ‘the King of the Sea’, Sea Bass has a white flakey meat which is delicate in flavour. Sea Bass is a highly sought-after fish due its low-fat content and being a high source of protein. Delivered from either Greece or Turkey within a day of being farmed, we ensure the best quality.
Our hand cut bass fillets come in a pack of 2 and vacuum packed.
Halibut Loin
During Halibut season we tend to feast on this rich and flavourful fish. It is the biggest of flat fish growing to over 4 metres in length. The larger of our Halibuts are line caught in Norway; we also source this fish from Iceland and Denmark. We also fillet the smaller fish.
