Our mussels are either from the Shetlands or Brancaster, we get a fresh delivery everyday. They are clean and full of flavour a great dish for any table.

Bass Fillets

Monk Fish
Often described as the poor mans lobster, our monkfish is sourced from Scotland. This fish is delicious pan fried with a little seasoning.

Halibut Loin
During Halibut season we tend to feast on this rich and flavourful fish. It is the biggest of flat fish growing to over 4 metres in length. The larger of our Halibuts are line caught in Norway; we also source this fish from Iceland and Denmark. We also fillet the smaller fish.
