Very similar to Cod and Haddock, Hake is increasing in popularity in the UK due to its use in Fish n Chips. It has a great taste, with a thick white meat. Ours is mainly caught in Danish and Scottish waters.

Halibut Loin
During Halibut season we tend to feast on this rich and flavourful fish. It is the biggest of flat fish growing to over 4 metres in length. The larger of our Halibuts are line caught in Norway; we also source this fish from Iceland and Denmark. We also fillet the smaller fish.

Often described as the poor mans lobster, our monkfish is sourced from Scotland. This fish is delicious pan fried with a little seasoning.

Bass Fillets
Widely regarded as ‘the King of the Sea’, Sea Bass has a white flakey meat which is delicate in flavour. Sea Bass is a highly sought-after fish due its low-fat content and being a high source of protein. Delivered from either Greece or Turkey within a day of being farmed, we ensure the best quality.
