Swordfish
Mildly sweet, the moist meaty texture has a moderately high fat content adding to its fish flavour. Its appearance varies in colour but never affects the quality or taste of this fish. Our fresh swordfish is freshly cut into 250g steaks.

Halibut Loin
During Halibut season we tend to feast on this rich and flavourful fish. It is the biggest of flat fish growing to over 4 metres in length. The larger of our Halibuts are line caught in Norway; we also source this fish from Iceland and Denmark. We also fillet the smaller fish.

We use varying importers of tuna, allowing us to opt for the finest grade SASHIMI. In doing this we ensure that the fish that’s delivered to your door is so fresh that you can eat it raw. Our tuna is steaked into 250g grams and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Whole Rainbow Trout
Rainbow trout, bred from a spring fed hatchery and raised in an earth dug pond, our trout supplier has been established for over 40 years, supplying us with freshly gutted and gilled whole fish or hand filleted fillets, twice a week. Just a stone throw away these fish do not come any fresher.
